SMA HS Laptop Rental Agreement
The laptop rental for the 2020-2021 school year will cost $100 and will include a case.  You can submit a request for payment by copying and pasting the link below into a new browser tab:

If you are interested in renting a laptop for the 2020-2021 academic year, please fill out this form ASAP, but no later than 7/31.  If you do not request a device by 7/31, we can not guarantee we will have adequate inventory to offer a device.
